How to Request a Price Match: Simply fill out the contact form below before placing your order. Please include:

-Your name and email address.

-The exact name of the product you want us to match.

-A direct link (URL) to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours with a custom discount code if your request is approved.

Price Match Terms & Conditions: To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

-Identical Item: The product must be the exact same brand, model, size, color, and model year.

-In Stock: The item must currently be in stock and available for immediate purchase on both our website and the competitor’s website.

-Authorized Retailers: The competitor must be an authorized retailer based in the UAE. We do not price-match third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, Noon, or eBay), auction sites, or unauthorized resellers.

-Final Price: The matched price will be calculated based on the competitor's final checkout price, including any shipping fees and taxes.

-Exclusions: We do not match prices on clearance items, liquidations, bundle offers, refurbished/used items, or store-wide promotional sales (like Black Friday or White Friday).

Padel Ace Pro reserves the right to verify the competitor's price and availability, and to decline any request that does not meet these criteria.
