  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to UAE/ALL Emirates and are constantly expanding our delivery network to reach more customers.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business days upon confirmation of payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Express Shipping: Express delivery usually takes between 2 to 3 business days, depending on the destination. 

  • Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available in Dubai city, Abu Dhabi city and Sharjah city and Next Day Delivery all over the UAE. . Orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify for same-day delivery.

5. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free shipping on orders over 500 DHS. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate shipping fee of 15 DHS will be applied.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package.

7. Delivery Partners
