It is crucial to measure your bicep circumference accurately to ensure optimal comfort and functionality of the sleeve. Here’s how you can do it: Extend your arm fully so it is straight and relaxed. Take a tape measure and wrap it around your bicep without tightening it, and record the measurement in inches.

Now, refer to our sizing chart: Choose Size T1 (XS/S) if your bicep circumference is between 8.7 and 9.4 inches. Opt for Size T2 (M/L) if your measurement is between 9.8 and 11.4 inches. Size T3 (L/XL) is suitable if your circumference is between 11.8 and 13 inches. If your circumference exceeds 13 inches, we offer Size T4 (XXL).The sleeves are interchangeable (usable on the same arm).Black, white and neon yellow sleeves are sold in pairs.
